Lead the cross-functional program vision and translate it into an operational plan including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, sales, CS, CX, processes and operations - all to meet the business goals
Verify and synchronize with all teams, projects, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the direction is clear and aligned with the overall strategy
Drive risk and change management processes, reporting, and escalations
Monitor and shape the plans, dependencies, and implications of the execution on the business results
Serve as POC for the program for all cross-functional execution plans and related projects.
Facilitate strategic discussions and be accountable for decisions made
Define new business process, identify gaps and strive for continuous improvments
Reduce communication barriers and improve the collaboration between the different teams
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience managing cross-company programs, preferably with large global software organizations
Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices- Must.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
Strategic thinking and ability to dive into technical aspects quickly
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
