Based in Jerusalem, you will be a part of a dedicated team that is responsible for multimedia conference rooms, auditoriums, digital signage, audio & video streaming.
What your job will look like:
Monitoring and pre-emptive maintenance of all Mobileye multi-media conference rooms, A/V equipment and digital displays
Troubleshooting multi-media conference rooms in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Petah-Tikva and Haifa
Installation of video conferencing solutions
Consulting and assisting with technical setup and administration for Mobileye events, conferences, and broadcasts
Providing in-conference support for issues during meetings
Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by Manager
All you need is:
2 years experience with cameras, projectors, multimedia, and audio systems
2 years proven experience as an IT technician or other technical support role
Experience maintaining and resolving issues with multi-media conference rooms (Teams, Zoom or Webex) and events
Good understanding of computer systems, Window, iOs, hardware, mobile devices, Active Directory, Networking and NAC
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
