This role predominantly focuses on implementing compliance related procedures and processes to ensure conflicts of interest are identified and managed through implementation of appropriate safeguards; ensure our independence and objectivity is not impaired; manage risks to Partners, employees and the firm and meet regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities

· Processing of conflict checks and initial consultations involving:
o Reviewing research, assessing findings, challenging discrepancies and reporting any concerns to the Senior Conflicts team members.
o Liaising and interacting with members of engagement teams and relevant Client Service

Partners when necessary.
· Compliance related activities.
· Monitoring the team shared mailboxes, responding to queries and escalating where required.
· Client relationship check requests.
· Compilation and coordination of regular feedback to support teams.
· Maintenance of internal Conflicts documentation.
· Assisting and supporting other members within the Conflicts team as and when required.

This role will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.

· Prior compliance related experience, however not essential.
