Job Description

asic functions and responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute project work for the process development and technology transfer of the Global swine/poultry biological portfolio that is related to China in timely manner with high quality.

• Ensures that work is carried out with scientific integrity and according to the existing internal guidelines for EHS and compliance.

• Proactively communicate with cross-functions to align the project milestones, contribute to project strategy to fit local regulatory affairs on regulatory matters.

• Leads/Participates the pre-development, Pilot scale-up, Transfer & Commercialization and providing technical support on the site.

• Communication and exchange of know-how between global BTS (Bioprocess Technology Solutions) departments and between Global R&D and Manufacturing to benefit from synergies and optimize utilization of knowledge and technology.

• Leads project meetings locally, regionally, and globally. Regular interaction with global Tech hubs, SMEs and Product, Species, and platform stewards.

• Bench work for project driving on universal platform technology (e.g. bioreactor technology, RB, formulations, and freeze-drying technology, etc.)

• Manages the tasks with issues, obstacles or barriers and proactively seek solutions.

• Involved in review/finalizing of production process, scale-up, validation, control test, lab study and field study reports.

• Implements and maintains lab equipment and computerize systems according to SOP requirement.

• Be open for general tasks within the organization related to GLP, EHS, IT and/or laboratory coordination.

最低任职要求 Minimum requirements

• Academic background (minimal bachelor degree,) in a relevant field (e.g. Biology, Virology, Bacteriology, Bio-Technology, Biochemical Engineering).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of process development and technology transfer of veterinary/human health products, preferred to the large molecular product, like , vaccines, mAbs

• Demonstrable relevant experience in cell culture, virus infection or filling, lyophilization for process develpment or manufacturing, preferably in MNCs.

• Good general leadership skills (e.g. inspiring, coaching, conflict handling, change management)

• Well organized, results driven and problem solving mindset.

• Good communication skills.

• Can work with multicultural/multi-disciplinary groups of professionals.

• Proficient in English.
