To manage and influence the direction and deployment of the core technical learning curriculum in Assurance Oceania. The role requires high energy and enthusiasm and is an excellent opportunity to broaden experiences in the firm and interact with Assurance Leadership on a regular basis. This role reports to the Oceania Assurance Learning Business Partner.
• Lead the successful deployment of the technical curriculum for all ranks within the Advisory Assurance practice i.e. non-audit competencies
• Manage key stakeholder relationships
• Project manage a significant technical learning course portfolio
• Lead and support the Facilitator pool for relevant courses and their experience
• Support flagship learning events such as CCaSS School of Kermitments
• Actively support the deployment of graduate technical learning journey
• Deployment related administration including LMS, billings and invite management
• Support the Assurance L&D coordinator team• Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across competencies and teams
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Strong project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required. In addition, the ability to plan and deliver work in line with cost and time constraints
• Intermediate Excel experience preferred to create required learning reports and execute metrics analysis
• Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
• Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours
• Experience with Success Factors is beneficial
• Take the lead in project planning for the training, development and execution for relevant technical courses
• Work with the project co-ordinators, technical learning SMEs, and other specialist content developers to ensure all materials are delivered within the expected timeframe. This includes Leader Guides, Participant Materials and Train the Trainer/Briefing sessions.
• Assist in developing L&D budget forecasts
• Leverage from existing material and relationships
• Encourage process improvements and exploration of new ideas to manage the co-ordination and communication of learning
• Regular review of program data and metrics including making recommendations based on findings
• Develop relationships that will enable the agreement of content and development of curriculum
• Work with key stakeholders and specialist areas to ensure programs are developed within agreed timeframes
• Serve as an advisor and arbitrator when issues or concerns arise from key stakeholders and business units / offices
• Work with the key stakeholders and Assurance Learning BP team to address and meet the needs of the business
• Adapt existing material and information from business contacts to create material and resources
• Present with clarity and impact to stakeholders, participants and facilitators
• Adopt innovative, creative styles and adult learning theory in content development
• Promote People priorities and strategic priorities of the Assurance practice
