Key job responsibilities
Post-Launch Support:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for merchants post-launch, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment products.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to address issues related to API integrations, order management, and performance optimization.
- Monitor merchant implementations to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.Technical Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Buy with Prime and MCF, staying up-to-date on new features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, integration, and support processes for merchants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years working with external customer facing, or similar role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
