Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND year(s) experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
    • Experience in the African market (Preferred)
    • French and Arabic Languages are a mustRole is based in Ireland.


Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision makers through consultative engagement, highlighting the value of Microsoft solutions and ROI.
  • Deepen customer relationships by being customer-focused, honouring commitments, and connecting customers to Microsoft executives.
  • Assist partners in joint-selling and leverage digital selling methods to grow your network and create a pipeline.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and technology needs, identify opportunities for optimisations, and present solutions based on customer insights. Lead new opportunities and orchestrate internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation.

Account Management:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met. Drive accountability among extended virtual teams and internal industry experts.
  • Lead the extended team and embrace partners to scale business by understanding partner goals and creating mutual business growth.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and consumption targets and drive integrated joint account governance.
  • Think strategically about customer planning, set standards and priorities, and engage decision makers on long-term business planning.
  • Anticipate moves within assigned accounts, mitigate risks, and expand the network of key internal and external partners.

Sales Excellence:

  • Seek customer feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Leverage internal resources to support customer needs and orchestrate others to anticipate issues and establish recovery action plans.
  • Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to expand relationships with decision makers.
  • Educate decision makers on Microsoft's value proposition, develop plans to offer solutions that satisfy customer KPIs, and align the right partner solution for customer industry needs.
  • Develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans to generate business and upsells. Implement strategies to engage relevant stakeholders and drive consumption of Microsoft solutions.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal industry experts to gather industry data and improve planning.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer's business strategy and the direction of the industry.
