Minimum qualifications:
- Medical degree (e.g., MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent) and completion of accredited residency or fellowship, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of clinical experience after the completion of doctoral degree, nursing degree, or equivalent
- Experience providing patient care in the Japanese healthcare system.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building or launching digital health products, including consumer health or medical devices, in Japan.
- Experience developing research projects or partnerships with a range of partners including universities, public health organizations, and private sector organizations.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies within the healthcare domain.
- Expertise in assessing the health impact of products and programs, particularly those involving digital disease management solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments while working effectively within cross-functional product development teams.
