- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with technical operations and program management methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality control, quality assurance, stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with Six Sigma process excellence
- Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause of quality issues and develop effective solutions, including strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with and formulating AI based solutions.
