The IT Project Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.Responsibilities:

• Oversight and governance for PMO activities

• Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.

• Gathers data and trending to identify areas for improvement

• Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures

• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.

• Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.

• Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in an IT project leadership role, business analysis role or similar function

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)

• PMP or equivalent certification a plus

• Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience
