As an analyst in eSales you will get exposure to a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, corporations, etc) across asset classes in Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) through working closely with other senior members of the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with our global partners in electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product managers to provide comprehensive client coverage,
• Fulfil client queries and requests for their electronic execution needs while channeling client feedback to improve our franchise in terms of pricing and product.
• Demonstrate proficiency in identifying new client opportunities and electronic execution trends while showing a high degree of interest in learning about other products and developing a cross-product skill set.
• The ideal candidate has a strong intellectual curiosity, a high degree of organization and attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under high pressure situations with the appropriate degree of urgency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Applicants must hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent proficiency in Data Analysis (Tableau and Qlikview), Bloomberg, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of fundamental product across FICC
• Strong team player that is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients
• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Previous working/internship experience in a financial institution is preferred
• Prior experience in electronic sales representatives in Global Markets is preferred
• Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities
• Previous exposure to electronic execution platforms (Bloomberg, FXALL, Flextrade, 360T, BidFX, Tradeweb, MarketAxess…etc) is preferred but not required
