Description
• Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in collaboration with partner teams.• Liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions.• Assist in creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency.• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release plans• Gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.• Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.• May conduct design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Business analyst with project management skills in an global environment
- Experience delivering global, enterprise HR solutions that can scale
- Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases
- Experience creating effective business requirements
- Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making
- Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influencing skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills in cross functional organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
- HR technology experience, ideally in Workday technology
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Advanced certifications in project management and Workday product
