Job Description
Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
Handle support & logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
Develop training aids such as manuals, FAQ’s and handbooks
Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs.
Document feedback and audit results to help the training department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
Administrative support for IMS documentation and audits.
Follow up on training programs post training assignment and coordination of presentation if needed.
To connect with stakeholders on training required and working with the Technical Skill Development team members in realizing the request
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any Industrial related field, preferably experienced in any form of Technical Training or equivalent
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field preferably in Assembly/Production
Technical Knowledge is required for this position
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro and Canva will be added advantage.
Possess good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
