As a Sr Reliability Engineer - Process with PSM Experience here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our process systems. With your expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM), you will play a critical role in developing and implementing robust reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach. Your knowledge and experience in PSM will be crucial in analyzing process safety data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and facilitate both your team and other stakeholders. • Guide and manage the reliability engineering team to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of process systems.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and facilitation to team members.

• Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes to enhance the reliability of process systems.

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle.

• Analyze process safety data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.

• Conduct reliability testing and thoughtfulness to validate and verify product performance under various conditions.

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and facilitation to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders.

• Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering in a process industry.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) and related regulations.

• Experience in analyzing process safety data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

• Experience with reliability software tools, such as SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills.

• Strong communication and guidance abilities.

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Experience in guiding and managing a team effectively.

• Experience in conducting reliability testing and thoughtfulness.

• Strong insight into process safety ethics and methodologies.
