As a Working Student, you’ll contribute to shaping employee experiences by:

  • Designing Content: Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, visuals, and marketing materials.
  • Developing Programs: Build new formats and initiatives that drive team engagement.
  • Communicating Effectively: Write inspiring texts, newsletters, and campaign messages.
  • Mastering Tools: Leverage PowerPoint, design software, and video editing tools to bring ideas to life.
  • Collaborating and Presenting: Work closely with our team at L1 Level and confidently present your ideas.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
    • Preferred fields of study: A marketing background is a plus, but students from any field are welcome if you love inspiring people through words and visuals.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Tools such as PowerPoint, Excel etc. but also MURAL or other suitable Tools – be creative!
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
  • Creativity and a flair for storytelling.
  • Independence, self-motivation, and a proactive, execution based attitude.
  • Strong skills in design tools, PowerPoint, or multimedia editing.
