office under Substrate Foundationlook intohow telemetry is being generated,and consumed across all M365 workloads and collaborate with M365 teams to standardize and modernize our telemetry infrastructure to empower AIOps scenarios. We build solutions to simplify data onboarding and maintenance experience, enforce compliance and privacy requirements during data processing, generate insights to help to reduce telemetry COST and engineering efforts, deliver insights to empower data discovery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Solid English communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge and experience of backend engineering.
• Good knowledge and experience of distributed systems.
• Good knowledge and experience of service operation for large scale distributed systems, especially AIOps technologies.
• Good knowledge and experience of industry well known telemetry standards and solutions.
• Basic knowledge and experience of big data big data platform technologies.

• Build and standardize high quality, performant, reliable and cost-effective distributed data ingestion services across M365 workload teams.
• Modernize telemetry usage and infrastructure to fulfill the needs in AIOps scenarios.
• Analyze and drive telemetry infrastructure COST optimization for all M365 teams.
• Work with Trust teams to drive standardization and enforcement efforts across M365 to meet Compliance & Privacy regulations.
• Design and build highly efficient, aggregated, cost-effective data pipelines to generate high-value data insights tobenefitservice quality improvements and COST saving.
• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of telemetry infrastructure and ensure quality of service.
