The role of Sourcing Analyst will be focusing on key areas:

• Cost and operations analytics (50%)

• Dashboard creation and maintenance (30%)

• Support sourcing management and material planning (20%) Meanwhile, s/he needs to support strategic initiatives with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support cloud supply chain overall objectives and strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field OR 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or relevant sales-related roles, including internship experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in supply chain, operations, and project management fields
• Extensive experience in leading cross functional teams
• Cloud / high tech supply chain experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge in hardware sourcing and supply chain
• Advanced skills in business tools (e.g. power BI, excel modeling, power point slides) and able to generate quality outputs
• Demonstrated coordination and program management capabilities
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization •
• Distinctive problem solving leadership and analytical thinking
• Proven capabilities in operating in a growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and synthesizing skills of both written and verbal

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. __________________________________________

• Cost and operations analytics
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities with sourcing tools (e.g. Cost modeling).
  • Run analytics for regular review on cost and operations KPIs and help define targets.
  • Provide cost and supply chain data for internal stakeholders, e.g., system integrators, planning team, finance o Ensure sourcing input is successfully captured in the forecast planning system.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives, e.g. tariffs / import export cost, cost inflation.
  • Continuous improvement of operations processes.
• Dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Create power BI dashboard for sourcing and material planning initiatives (e.g., COS metrics, costed BOM).
  • Establish automation for ongoing data refresh/tracking.
  • Continuous improvement on dashboard maintenance.
• Support sourcing management and material planning
  • Collect market assessment and required data to support sourcing strategy development.
  • Contribute ideas and proposals to ensure advantaged cost and sufficient continuity of supply while meeting quality goals (e.g., sustainability, repairability, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development of mitigation plans that are robust to disruptions around manufacturing, geography/geopolitics, financial health, and/or major unavoidable events (e.g., climate events, COVID-19).
