What you'll do

As a working student (f/m/d), your future tasks mainly on research, experiment, prototyping AI models that support the intelligent service delivery to accelerate customers' software implementation, transformation, or upgrade project.
You need to try and compare different AI/ML models, find out the good model that can solve the given problem, document the experiment result, and present to use-case owner.
Concretely, you will perform ad-hoc NLP analyses and prototyping for:

• Text semantic analysis regarding ticketing
• Topic modelling / (semi-)unsupervised article clustering based on semantic analysis of article content and visualization
• Advanced Trending based on cluster algorithms

Or alternatively, you will drive enhancements & experiments in:

• Graph network analysis & clustering with weights
• Data modelling & visualization
• Abstraction, scoring & benchmarking (KPIs) for complex data sets

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: computer science or math or comparable areas
• Computer skills: Python and related common AI/ML libraries (e.g. sklearn), transformer models (sentence transformer), generative AI (e.g. langchain), additionally in graph network analytics (e.g. igraph)
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative

You will work in the data science team of the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) – Application Integration with focus on AI empowerment for Transformation Projects and Intelligent Service Delivery Hub (ISD Hub).
Out task is to use AI/ML to support the intelligent service delivery and accelerate customers' software implementation, transformation, or upgrade project.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
