What you'll be doing:

Anticipate needs and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars, ensuring our executives are where they need to be, prepared and on time.
Prepare and support the creation of documents, reports, and occasional presentations for leadership initiatives.
Work closely with the CTO’s direct reports (VP-level) to coordinate follow-ups and track action items from leadership meetings — ensuring decisions are executed and progress is visible.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, global events, and cross-team projects — from early planning to smooth delivery.
Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion and confidence.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, representing Forter with professionalism and warmth.
Support company-wide cultural activities, all-hands meetings, and team-building events.
Assist with operational needs, including liaising with office management and vendors.

What you'll need:

3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
Excellent English — both written and spoken — and strong interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly when plans change.
Initiative and follow-through in ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered.
Comfort working across time zones with global stakeholders.
A positive, can-do attitude that makes people enjoy working with you.
