Key job responsibilities
1) ReportやDashboardの作成
- SalesやPM等のStakeholderと密に連携したニーズの理解
- 高品質且つInteractiveなDashboardの設計・開発
- 組織全体の意思決定をSupportするTimely且つ正確なReportの作成2) データ分析による洞察の提供
- トレンドの発見、成長機会の特定、効果的な提案を行うためのビジネスデータの詳細な分析
- 複雑で曖昧なデータセットから実用的な洞察を導き出すための、統計モデリングやデータマイニングなどの高度な分析手法の適用
- 技術的な発見をStakeholderに響くビジネス重視の説明に変換3) 自動化による生産性の向上：
- BI workflow 内の反復的な手作業（データの更新、Report生成、メール配信など）の特定
- GenAIや各種ツール、スクリプト言語を活用したカスタム自動化ソリューションの設計・開発によるプロセスの効率化4) StakeholderのProgramをサポートするツールの開発
- StakeholderのProgram（営業施策など）の要件と目的の理解
- Programをサポートする専門的なBI Toolの設計・構築1) Support stakeholders by providing reports and dashboards:
- Create standardized reports that deliver timely, accurate information to support decision-making across the organization2) Provide insights through data analyses:- Apply advanced analytical techniques, such as statistical modeling and data mining, to derive actionable insights from complex, ambiguous data sets
3) Increase productivity by implementing automations:
- Identify repetitive, manual tasks within the BI workflow (e.g., data refreshes, report generation, email distribution)
- Design and develop custom automation solutions, leveraging tools and scripting languages, to streamline these processes4) Develop tools to support various programs conducted by our stakeholders:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of their programs (e.g., sales initiatives)
- Design and build specialized BI tools (e.g., custom reports, data models) to support the data-driven needs of these programs

- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Business level Japanese both in verbal and written
- Business level English in written
