• 7+ years selling solutions to enterprise, service provider, or hyperscale accounts including experience in the Data Center or Production Network space.
• Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy with experience in building strong relationships with Director level and above.
• Demonstrated track record managing significant revenue responsibility in strategic 8-figure customer relationships.
• Proven success in running a business or large franchise including the operational rigor, forecasting, and processes required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.
• Adept at balancing short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing the sales team.
