You are responsible for

• Drives Customer Demand Fulfilment by ensuring material availability in the supply chain
• Tactical material planning (forecast and handshake feedback) with internal and external suppliers and DCs, in an optimized way through the use of planning calculation methods
• Operational material planning and Purchase Order management
• Identify supply risks and issues, drive mitigation actions and escalate if needed
• Master data settings to enable touchless replenishment
• Continuous harmonization and improvement of material supply processes ensuring Philips Global Processes execution
• Monitor and secure supplier delivery performance
• Follow up material life cycle, securing in time availability and prevention of obsolescence
• Inventory analysis and policy definition to secure material availability against minimum inventory investments

Additional scope of work

• Inventory management (AOP/ROFO/Inventory dashboard/Obsolete & Excess/PRIDE)
• Represent OMM in Global calls on inventory review & present weekly update
• PFEP Deployment & review on quarterly basis

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering at least 6 years of relevant working experience in reputed companies,
• You have proven experience in SAP (PP/MM) or another ERP system (required)

• You are a good communicator with good stakeholder management skills (required)
• You have competencies in Manage & record purchase, Master data management, Inventory modeling & management, Supplier relationship management & supply chain risk assessment
• Knowledge on IGT products is a strong plus, or at least supply chain experience in high-tech machine/component building industry is a strong preference
• You have the following behavior and character: customer-focused, team player, pro-active, make-it-happen attitude, flexible, persistent, empathic, able to build bridges
• You can fluently communicate on different organizational levels in English
