Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of visually appealing learning materials, including presentations, infographics, e-learning modules, 2D & 3D informative & interactive videos, Localization projects, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and translate concepts into engaging visual representations.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all learning materials to ensure a cohesive and professional look and feel.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools and software to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, e-learning, and learning technologies to improve the effectiveness and impact of learning materials continuously.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and meeting quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior graphic designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning & Development, HR, Marketing, and IT, to align design efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize the learning experience for diverse audiences.
- Uphold a commitment to accessibility and inclusivity by designing accessible materials for all learners, including those with disabilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8 – 10 years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as,
- Experience designing for e-learning platforms and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of (8 – 10) graphic designers or other creative professionals is preferred.
- A passion for learning and a commitment to staying updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices.
