Lead and coach a team of 4-5 process engineers, and serve as a member of the site leadership team at the Eindhoven manufacturing site;
Manage and oversee projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM), focusing on compliance, reliability, capacity and productivity;
Provide leadership in in complex problem-solving using structured methods (e.g. Six Sigma);
Identify and drive technology improvements and standardization across sites for the global SPECT portfolio;
Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize manufacturing safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
Build trust and foster positive relationships with cross-functional and global teams to create a supportive and collaborative work environment;
Drive the delivery of projects by serving as a member of the steering committees.
Basic Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years management experience;
Proven track record in project delivery;
Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes, technologies, LEAN / Six Sigma, regulatory affairs and GMP;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch and English), with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
