Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks on virtual PCs.
• Utilize cloud platform technologies like Intune to manage and deploy applications.
• Ensure automation scripts are efficient, reliable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation scripts with existing systems and workflows.
• Provide expertise in application virtualization technologies, particularly Microsoft App-V and Numecent Cloud paging.
• Document automation processes and maintain a repository of scripts and tools.
• Train and support IT staff in the use of automation scripts and tools.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Infrastructure Engineer concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT automation or a related field.
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of JIRA / APIs / Pipeline / Automation / Source Code Repositories
• Familiarity with cloud platform technologies, especially Intune and Azure
• Experience with Microsoft App-V and Numecent Cloudpaging is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Working exposure using JIRA / GIT / APIs , MS Windows 10/11 and windows Server 2016/2022 knowledge
