Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • 2+ years of experiencein providing strategic calendar and time planning support for senior managers, including shifting calendar invites?

Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.16 - $64.90 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $43.08 - $71.25 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for senior managers, and will manage calendar and logistics based on manager and business needs and will also strengthen a cross-organizational network to enable team work.
  • You will need to partner with senior leaders and Chiefs of Staff on building and managing annual rhythm of business (ROB), including fiscal year calendar and executive meeting schedule. Strategically communicates ROB cadence and helps to manage workloads, as needed.
  • You will need to manage travel and expenses. Coordinating travel arrangements (e.g., accommodations, transportation, security) for manager(s) and/or group. Creating detailed itineraries/agendas for daily activities by setting and managing travel expectations to maximize trip productivity and managing all travel logistics to maximize trip itineraries.
  • You will provide leadership by actively participating in the Business Support community and mentoring Business Support professionals and lead team experience activities and delegate onboarding.
  • You will manage, plan, and develop events, leading a team of event planners if needed and taking full responsibility for event outcomes and also be able to balance multiple complex projects and timelines end to end.
  • You will create and oversee Teams channel access and Outlook distribution lists with a lens to accuracy and ensuring the right people are receiving the right information at the right time. You will partner with the business management team on this and other special projects.
  • You will oversee space-management processes and team spaces, driving changes and future needs based on data and coordinate travel arrangements with Executive Travel and create detailed itineraries for daily activities.
