Job Description:

• Support Sr. Director of C4C concept to drive x-concept initiatives, includes but not limited to footwear wall reset, enhance story telling through digital solutions, door tiering strategy and application…

• Work with concept development Directors to optimize concept development process and manage traffic to ensure retail squad team is focusing on thing matters at different period.

• Support Sr. Director of C4C concept to manage cross-concept forums to ensure visibility for key stakeholders, and drive decisions in needed.

• Review concept business performance regularly and drive related actions.

• Build tools/data platform for C4C concept team to improve working efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree+ holder with minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience.

• Strong business sense and project management skills.

• Experience in retail industry is a plus.

• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion to shape the future of retail.

• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.
