WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are looking for a Finance Planning Lead, India, who will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong financial and commercial understanding. This role will require them to provide critical financial insights through the interpretation of financial results - including trends, risks, and opportunities to drive timely and actionable decisions. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

• 8+ years broad finance experience financial analysis, financial/strategic planning.

• Deep understanding of local India business laws, policies, and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and run financial models.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proven business partnership experience working with cross-functional partners is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As part of the SEA&I Finance Planning team, you will be leading the Financial portfolio of our India business, partnering across our wider Finance team and key cross-functional stakeholders. With this you will drive the business modelling, sizing up opportunities and investments required to achieve long-term growth strategies in partnership with the Nike India leadership team.

• Develop and maintain the marketplace business cases and financial models; tracking and monitoring KPIs aligning to strategic priorities.

• Perform analysis on results and business trends, delivering insights for decision making.

• Review and manage financial performance across the portfolio through guidance setting aligned to functional strategic principles and objectives.

• Partner and influence across wide-ranging stakeholders including Nike India GM, Strategic Planning, Brand Marketing, Marketplace, Supply Chain and Planning.
