Focus on interpreting data to identify trends and insights, prepare reports, create dashboards, and support decision-making using tools like Tableau, Datalab (Kubernetes)This role requires the individual to work in a fast paced environment, perform effectively under dynamic conditions such as directional changes, tight deadlines and limited resources.Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure (Snowflake/MySQL) to ensure data is collected, stored, and processed efficiently, using technologies like SQL, PythonWork closely with key partners in developing and testing (UAT) system improvements to ensure solutions are fit for purposeCommunicate results and insights effectively to partners, providing clear and actionable recommendationsKeep up to date with industry leading technologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience handling large datasets
- Experience with data modeling in Snowflake, performance tuning of queries and optimization
- Proficiency in design and development of custom ETL pipelines in Datalab (Kubernetes) /Tableau using SQL and scripting languages and workflow management tools like Airflow
- Working knowledge of SAP and related data structures
- Project management skills including performing testing (UAT) to support system implementations and upgrades
- Ability to communicate technical issues with a non-technical audience
- Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field preferred
- A passion for research, innovation, and optimizing real-world systems for business impact
- Practical experience and theoretical understanding of algorithms for classification, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Experience with version control systems, testing, and migration tools for database and software
- Experience with AIML and GenAI solutions and applications for supply chain use cases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
