Responsibilities:

1. Participate in market landscape and competitive analysis to assist in new product ideation, and gradually build up strong relationship with internal key stakeholders
2. Assist in preparation of fund application packages for regulator submission in a timely and professional manner and closely track the registration progress
3. Adopt firm-wide 'best practice' and adhere to applicable governance process for all product development initiatives.
4. Assist in product lifecycle management for existing funds
5. Participate in feasibility study of new products, drafting research paper to support the product innovation

Requirements:

1. Major in Finance/Economics and have knowledge in fund industry, with ability to understand the regulatory environment in China
2. Proven learning ability to draft fund application pack and assist in preparation of research paper
3. Excellent and logical communication and presentation skills, with ability to analyze market/industry data in detail-oriented manner
4. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin
