As an Equity Trading Associate within our HK central dealing desk, you will play a role in executing equity trades. You will gain invaluable experience in a dynamic financial environment.

Job responsibilities

• Learn to trade Equity and derivatives across Asia Pacific markets
• Engage with local and International based Portfolio Managers to advise on execution strategies
• Keep abreast of market trends, news and economic data.
• Interact with other departments such as Trading quant and technology to innovate and refine our trading models
• Develop deep market knowledge and be part of trading committees / invited to even speak at trading forums.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, perform under pressure.
• Team player, driven, willingness to help others and enthusiasm to learn new things

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Fluency in Mandarin preferred
• Quant/programming skills are a plus
