This unique, full-time rotational program provides participants with a robust set of accounting experiences through three year-long rotations within the accounting organization, a technical curriculum, soft skills trainings, projects, international conferences, networking opportunities, career mentorship and support for professional certification (ACCA).

You will

During the program, besides focusing on developing your skills, you will be responsible for

• Apply accounting and financial analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information (qualitative information, quantitative research, trend data)

• Understand, develop, and update financial models and reports, accounting, and operating policies.

• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting P&L and Balance sheet transactions and ensure their correctness, deal with eventual discrepancies;

• Ability to advise and present to executive management on financial and/or accounting issues involving business activities to ensure proper compliance with laws and GAAP.

Essential Requirements

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and interested in obtaining ACCA certification

• Fluent in English, self-starter, quick learner and attention to detail

• Problem solving and quantitative analysis skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Desirable Requirements

• 6 months up to 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance or a related field
