Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support the formulation of strategies in the areas of organizational transformation and human capital management, and the realization of those strategies. You will be required to support the realization of corporate growth strategies as a “change agent” who can promote corporate change from a human resource perspective using the latest technology.
  • Formulate human resource strategies, design human resource development concepts, skill systems and content, formulate talent management concepts, formulate, and implement concepts to improve engagement and experience, and realize the advancement of human resource operations using AI.
  • Lead organizational transformation for DX and HR transformation across the group and globally.
  • Lead the validation of the feasibility of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a solution for business transformation, from new business design and execution plan development to the transfer of outsourced business operations and implementation of technology solutions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in consulting, business analysis and business design in the HR domain.
  • Able to make a full commitment to solving clients’ problems and achieving their business goals.
  • Desire to acquire new skills and knowledge in a changing industry and be able to envision new business and solutions.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with diverse team members.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience as a project manager.
  • Experience in projects collaborating with people in other countries.
  • Experience implementing HR systems as the business side (or experience defining the business on the system side).
  • English communication skills (email, conference calls) a plus.
  • Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)
