Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 12-18 Years of industry Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge & hands on experience in setting up & configuring IBM BAW in Windows/Linux
  • Development knowledge in IBM BPM/BAW including Business processes design, implementation & trouble shooting issues
  • BPM UI development skills including JavaScript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches) for a responsive and highly polished user experience
  • Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries
  • Detailed experience in integrating external systems via SOAP/REST Web Services with IBM BPM/BAW
  • Experience in consuming soap web services (XML, XSL) and exposing services as SOAP web services
  • Knowledge of teams and experience in working with team filter/retrieval services.
  • Experience in leveraging gateways, UCA & different events to control the process flow.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Working experience on Redhat PAM / IBM BAM OE
  • Should be familiar with development life cycle processes, tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to work independently and lead the team of junior developers as per the situation
  • Ability to guide team members on technical & non-technical issues during execution
  • Good vision on solving customer issues, set proper expectations and clear/concise communication with customer
