As the Regional Paid Social Media Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the paid social media strategy across the region. This individual supports the regional social media team, manages the paid social advertising budgets, and develops innovative strategies to enhance the performance of social media campaigns. The Regional Paid Social Media Senior Manager ensures that social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals and works closely with other media teams and agencies to drive cohesive strategies. In this leadership role, you will also be responsible for guiding and managing a team of paid social professionals, ensuring the team delivers impactful results across various campaigns.
You will:
- Leading and overseeing the development of the regional paid social media strategy.
- Managing and mentoring a talented regional social media team to achieve campaign goals and business objectives.
- Effectively managing and allocating paid social advertising budgets.
- Innovating and implementing new social media strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Ensuring that paid social efforts align with broader digital media and marketing goals, while collaborating with key stakeholders across teams.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 10+ years of experience in paid social media planning, buying, and campaign management in Marketing or Advertising Agency
- 5+ years of experience in social media (META, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, etc.) with proven track record in leading and managing social media teams, with experience in driving high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools, with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
- Up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
