TASKS

• Drive the topic development of ALM-CCM, with best knowledge of the topic, forecast the delivery focus and develop the localization service package as per demand.
• Deliver SAP custom code management in PE services & PS projects with proper scoping in advance, which includes:
  • Configure and setup CCM tools in customer solution manager and managed systems.
  • Perform quality governance for the custom code development project.
  • Analysing custom code issues and tracing the root cause of a failure or problem; provide recommendation for improvement.
  • Staying abreast of the latest custom code development technology and acting as coach for both internal and external peer.
  • Support customer for classic ABAP development, as well as S/4 HANA development, and S/4 HANA cloud development, BTP extension.
  • Training customer’s in house developers or 3rd party developers development skills and ABAP statements optimization recommendations.
• Communication with global customers, as well as front-office for demands generation.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid experience with ABAP development is a must, JAVA will be a plus.
• Familiar with development quality assurance process.
• Familiar with ALM or Run SAP methodology and have hands on experience in one of the topic.
• Knowledge in SAP applications will be a plus.
• Excellent work ethic, personality and tenacious attitude.
• Be self-empowered, take ownership of, and responsibility for your work; collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other teams.
• Be able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

Language

• English is mandatory.
• Japanese or Korean is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, and IT related.

Professional Training & Certification

• Any SAP ABAP certificate like HANA associate certificate, ABAP associate/professional certificate is a plus.
• PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certification is a plus.
