In this role, you will:
- Plan implement and monitor community development projects
- Develop and manage volunteering programs that align with organizational goals. Foster a culture of volunteerism within the organization
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on community and sustainability efforts
- Prepare and deliver content/ presentations on project progress and impact. Produce regular report and updates for stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Establish metrics, measure impact and effectiveness of community impact or sustainability initiatives
- Develop monthly reports and data visualizations, highlighting portfolio performance
- Collaborate with line of business partners to advance community impact or sustainability initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Community Impact or Sustainability experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Stakeholder Management and relationship building
- Excellent written communicat
