In this role, you will:

• Plan implement and monitor community development projects
• Develop and manage volunteering programs that align with organizational goals. Foster a culture of volunteerism within the organization
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on community and sustainability efforts
• Prepare and deliver content/ presentations on project progress and impact. Produce regular report and updates for stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Establish metrics, measure impact and effectiveness of community impact or sustainability initiatives
• Develop monthly reports and data visualizations, highlighting portfolio performance
• Collaborate with line of business partners to advance community impact or sustainability initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Community Impact or Sustainability experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work or equivalent qualification preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Stakeholder Management and relationship building
• Excellent written communicat
