What you'll do

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
• Managing our internal SharePoint page
• Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
• Administer other internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project status reports
• Execution of own smaller projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
• Computer skills: MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Language skills: fluent in German & English
• Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive
• Others: prior experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions beneficial
