The New Customer Program Intern will offer daily support to sales operation department, and any other relevant department. The Commercial Operations Intern must be able to multitask and prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change daily.
In this role, you will…
- Responsible for including, validating and track leads into SFDC.
- Responsible for enquiries from incoming calls and emails.
- Responsible for SFDC setups related to TM’s roster, online reports
- Be involved in relevant CommOps projects or trainings, as required.
- Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics.
- Many other tasks assigned by department supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current student in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- English: Intermediate.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
COMPUTER SKILL
- Familiarity with the Windows environment.
- Ability to learn software applications quickly.
- Intermediate Excel (pivot table, formulas, VLOOKUP).
