Responsibilities:
- Leading & r unning the Clinical Academy in Bucharest: Oversee and manage the Clinical Academy's operations in Bucharest, ensuring it meets organizational goals and customer needs.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update the training curriculum to reflect the latest industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with clinical education and learning teams, as well as other departments, to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Organizing Training for Customers: Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and customers and attract trainers into the Academy to develop new training programs. Ensure training sessions are engaging, informative, and meet the learning objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Make necessary adjustments to improve the quality and impact of training.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in clinical education and training. Introduce innovative learning platforms and methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Encourage team members to pursue further education and certifications.
- Customer Interaction for Technology Enhancement: Engage with customers to promote awareness and understanding of the latest technology, including AI and deep learning. Conduct workshops and demonstrations to showcase new technological advancements and their applications in healthcare. Collect feedback from customers to continuously improve and tailor technology solutions to their needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across various functions within the organization to ensure the growth and awareness of customers regarding the latest technology. Coordinate with different departments to align strategies and leverage resources for optimal customer impact.
- Independent and Hands-on Approach: Be a reliable, independent individual with a proactive, hands-on approach. Take initiative and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and projects.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Advanced degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in clinical education, training program development, curriculum design, and customer engagement with technological solutions.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in using digital tools, data analytics, AI, and deep learning for educational and customer interaction purposes. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in clinical education, training, and technology solutions.
