seeking a talentedPrincipal Technical Program Managerwith exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle. You will lead a PM teamhelp shape the future of devices by planning,effective and scalable solutionsfor our in-market products withquality and reliability.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • 7+ years of experience shippingembeddedsoftware or hardware
  • Capability to understand and integrate technical concepts across various disciplines

Other Requirements

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience shipping hardware and software through at least3-5product cycles
  • An understanding of firmware/driver development and servicing
  • Motivated and self-driven attitude.
  • Responsible for collaboration with partners across organizational boundaries.
  • Responsible for driving/contributing to product milestones and reviews
  • Provide technical leadership and build talent to ensure the overall health of the team by developing and mentoring team members while helping them grow both technically and professionally
  • Some travel may berequired.
  • Enthusiastic,motivatedand self-driven
  • Some domestic and international travel may be necessary
