Principal Product Manager ESM – North America
As a Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Service Management, you will conduct customer research, define and deliver capabilities to enterprises and organizations. A key focus area is applying generative AI to transform solutions in this space. You will work across multiple teams in the company to ensure that we have a competitive product strategy and a plan to deliver releases four times a year. Each day, you will work with an engineering team, designers, marketers and sales to build and deliver products that people and companies love.You will be charged with delivering and driving adoption of world-class cloud applications. - Accountable for delivering detailed product requirements for new and existing products based on subject matter expertise and deep understanding of the market from working closely with customers, analysts and business stakeholders
- Understands customer workflow, as it relates to the relevant products, at a very deep level to translate market requirements to Product Development and the value proposition to downstream functions (marketing, sales, operations)
- Interacts with the Product Development organization to translate product requirements into technical specifications
- Develops business cases for new product development and product enhancements
- Proactively identifies and champions new product opportunities. Manages the design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives
- Properly segments the market and creates specific product strategies and tactics to address each segment's needs and requirements
- Conducts competitive analysis and market assessment for establishing go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning
- Maintains a multi-year product strategy and establishes roadmaps for new products or product enhancements, including, developing new offerings, expanding on existing solutions, and leveraging existing products to build platform-based solutions
- Communicates product status and roadmap evolution to senior and executive management
- Builds effective relationships with sales, customers, partners, and internal departments
