individual package & tracking it by comparing it with Master schedule in L1, L2, L3 & L4. Actual & Planned
Generating and presenting project reports to project Manager & Stakeholders. Preparing Recovery plan and
Mitigation plan in case of slippage of activities with micro schedule.
MIS. Escalating critical issues & Project Risks with mitigation plan to Project manager & Stakeholders final call
Reporting Potential delay, slippage of Critical activities & suggesting mitigation plan for delay. Maintaining
and reporting MOM tracker, Payment & budget tracker, Risk register, drawing register, Project directory,
dependency list, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports.
