Day to day Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers, working closely with the global development teams
• Work with global interfaces within Cognyte: Architect, Product, Project Manager, customer success functions across the organization.
• Full responsibilities on recruitment, onboarding and mentoring new team members .
• At least 50% hands-on responsibilities;

For that mission you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / software Engineering;
• At least 2/3 years’ experience as R&D Manager \TL;
• Background Professional experience with C# or / and C++ technologies;
• Working in a global environment
• Ability to manage pressure & setbacks .
• Ability to adapt & respond to change in a very fast pace environment
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have skills:

• Linux Operating System/Cloud experience;
• Experience in Telecommunications domain (GSM/UMTS) /VoIP, 3G, 4G, 5G.
• Networking knowledge
