About the role

As a Senior Solution Sales Executive for SAP SuccessFactors HCM, you will be an entrepreneurial growth driver within our sales organization. You will win net-new customers, expand existing accounts, and position innovative HR solutions that address strategic business challenges. Leveraging deep HRIS expertise and knowledge of the broader SAP portfolio, you will identify white‑space opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and lead complex sales cycles to close transformative deals that accelerate our market presence and long‑term customer success

What you will do

  • Own solution‑specific sales motions in collaboration with the end‑to‑end account team: generate demand, manage pipeline, and close high‑value opportunities.
  • Develop tailored opportunity plans and articulate clear, measurable value propositions for SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Conduct white‑space analysis to uncover growth potential and systematically prioritize targets.
  • Drive cloud migrations, renewals, expansions, and up‑sell motions across new and existing accounts.
  • Build and manage relationships at the solution/buying center level with CHROs and HR leaders.
  • Apply deep knowledge of business models, HR processes, and organizational needs to align solutions to customer strategy.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market value drivers to sharpen positioning.
  • Mobilize SAP subject‑matter experts, industry resources, and the partner ecosystem to deliver integrated, customer‑focused solutions.
  • Encourage customer engagement in SAP communities, programs, and events to reinforce adoption and long‑term value.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise business application software sales, ideally HCM, with a history of exceeding quota.
  • 3–5+ years selling business software / IT solutions; experience with large, complex transactions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and German; French is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS solutions and current HR innovations.
  • Solid knowledge of the SAP portfolio and how its solutions enable end‑to‑end business outcomes.
  • Established relationships with account teams, CHROs, and senior HR stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills; proven ability to drive renewals, expansions, and subscription‑based deals.
  • Familiarity with financial drivers, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations affecting HR systems.
  • Experience collaborating with product/solution management and marketing teams is a plus.
