• Social & Economic Impact – Supplier diversity and Local and Small and medium business initiatives
• Supply Chain Standards Compliance – safe and healthy working conditions, respect for labor and human rights, environmental protection, and ethical business conductDay to day tasks include:
• Supporting supplier sustainability assessments focusing on sustainability metrics
• Tracking and analysing supplier performance and reporting on environmental, social and economic initiatives in our supply chain
• Assisting in program implementation
• Supporting sustainable vendor selection and evaluation processes
• Assisting in sustainable procurement strategy development

• Penultimate year student working towards a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Environmental Science, Sustainable Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills and Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and responsible business practices

- Environmental and Social Impact Expertise: Understanding of basic environmental and social impact concepts
Knowledge of ESG principles and reporting frameworks
Familiarity with circular economy concepts
Awareness of international environmental regulations and standards
- Sustainable Procurement and Supply Chain Management:
Understanding of sustainable procurement practices and standards
Knowledge of supplier diversity programs and social impact assessment
Interest in innovative sustainable solutions for supply chain operations
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Focus:
Understanding of DEI principles
Experience with sustainability tracking tools or relevant software
