- Minimum 3-6+ years of work experience for a Senior in a functional/techno-functional role supporting product development and/or client implementation. Preferred mobility Managed Services, Integrated mobility technology, mobility service provider or vendors.
The People Advisory Services (PAS) mobility offering is a sub service line of Tax focused on helping clients manage risks, complex compliance, and reporting requirements inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce.
Job description:
As a client configuration & engagement onboarding POC, you will be responsible to execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients into MTO technology, manage and oversee the configurations to meet client specification.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the client onboarding process to ensure it meets the requirement as product evolves.
- Conduct/participate in briefing sessions with engagement teams on onboarding process.
- Collaborate with client contacts to gather client onboarding data and understand their specific requirements for configurations.
- Collaborate with technical team for tenant creation and tech configurations.
- Perform functional configurations in system in collaboration with engagement teams.
- Handle various implementation activities like user onboarding, domain whitelisting, data mapping, persona mapping, service management configuration etc.
- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are free from defects.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to product configuration, provide timely resolutions and support. Handle risks and delays during onboarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and configuration process keeping them informed of progress and manage expectations.
- Conduct training sessions for engagement teams on how to use and manage their configurations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in configuration and onboarding process to enhance client satisfaction. Refresh onboarding templates, SOPs and other onboarding artifacts as needed.
- Participate in backlog review meetings and recommend configuration solutions based on client needs.
- Create detailed documentation of client configurations including technical specifications and set-up instructions.
Skills requirement:
- Proven experience as an onboarding/configuration POC or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or consulting firm. Migration/transition experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of technology tools such as – ServiceNow, ADO, Excel (Advanced), Word, Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, manage ambiguity and rapid change.
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity with ability to adapt work styles to interact with both internal and client team members.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationship across many different functions and organization levels.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting technology/transition steps.
