Key Qualifications
- Training or guidance background - a strong advantage.
- Availability for 5 working days per week, for temporary role for 9 month ( Contractor).
- Capable of working in dynamic diverse environment
- Analytical skills - data analysis and drawing conclusions
- Strong practical experience with Excel
- Great teammate, highly adaptable and customer orientated.
- “Can do” approach.
- Strong execution skills.
- Highly organized, detailed, focused and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies.
- Project management skills.
- Creative and original thinker.
- Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines and with ability to multi-task
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
Description
Implement Learning and Development operational aspects such as registration & attendance tracking and analyzing, course management etc.Create surveys and analyze results.Working with External and internal partners.
Education & Experience
BA in the domain of Human Resources - Advantage
