In this role, you’re expected to:

• Manage projects within the Accounts and Standard Settlement Instruction (ASO) team, supporting workflow efficiencies and enhancements.

• Delivers daily project work/updates and escalation management, routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.

• Report key metrics to senior management.

• Liaises with other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to the screening of reference data.

• Serves as escalation point for issues and complex processing engaging with Middle Office, Salesperson, Risk & Control and/or Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) teams.

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Ensure all documented processes and Citi Policies are followed appropriately.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s/University degree with relevant experience is preferred

• 4-6 years of relevant experience

• Good awareness of client needs/expectations

• Project management experience

• Advance excel skills

• Fluency in speaking Japanese
