About the Role:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless project setup and execution, guiding projects from the moment they are signed up to their delivery to our clients.
You will lead the Operational teams' day-to-day work while managing multiple cross-functional interfaces in the company to guarantee timely, efficient, and high-quality project deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation & Planning: Lead the project setup process upon handover from Sales, defining project scope and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating between Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Management to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Timeline & Resource Management: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring transparency in all communications.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct monthly result analyses, draw insights from experiences, and strive to achieve the Delivery department's goals. Analyze and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience, leading complex and technical projects in dynamic, fast pace, global environments- a must.
- Strong ability to learn complex systems and processes quickly
- Incredible interpersonal skills (!)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field- an advantage.

- Analytical thinking - Can extract and process data to make data-driven decisions.
- Great communication and presentation skills - Hebrew and English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and G-Suite.
